Clinger 70th Wedding Anniversary The children of Billy C. and Judith (Wiles) Clinger happily announce their parents' 70th wedding anniversary. Billy and Judith were married on June 9,1949, in Maysville, Kentucky, at the Trinity Methodist Church. The Rev. Homer Moore officiated. They lived in Manchester, Ohio but within six years of their marriage, Bill's employment required that he relocate to Middletown, Ohio, so they settled down in Trenton, Ohio, where they have resided for fifty-seven years. Bill and Judy have three children: Bethany (Bill) Pennington of Trenton, Ohio; Rhonda Clinger of Somerset, Kentucky; and Eric Clinger (Joan) of Middletown, Ohio. They have three grandchildren: Craig (Mollie) Moore of Miamisburg, Ohio; Sarah Siegle of Hamilton, Ohio; and Joseph (Sara) Siegle of Somerset, Kentucky; one step-grandson: Matthew Reasner (Lauren) of Las Vegas, Nevada; and one step-grand-daughter: Lauren Reasner of Eastley, South Carolina. They have one great-grand-daughter: Rebecca Judith Reasner. Bill retired from MetLife in 1993, and then continued his career with Commonwealth Insurance Company. Judy was a secretary for Edgewood City Schools for twenty-seven years, also retiring in 1993. Bill and Judy are active members of the Monroe Church of the Nazarene. Bill served as the Sunday School Superintendent and as the teacher of the adult Sunday School class. He was the director of the Prime Time Senior Adults. Judy taught children Sunday School classes. She was a member of the choir. They enjoy the friendship of many people in their church and community. Their family appreciates a close relationship with them and values their strong commitment to each other and family.
