Frye 60th Wedding Anniversary Robert Truman and Mary

Frye 60th Wedding Anniversary Robert Truman and Mary Ruth Frye will celebrate 60 years of marriage on June 3, 2020. They were married in 1960 in Tazewell, Tennesee. Mary graduated from Union College that same year and they moved to Franklin, Ohio. Truman served as a prison guard in West VIrginia and then served with the Franklin Police Department for a few years before becoming a fireman for the Middletown Fire Department. He also served as a fire inspector and retired as a Captain from the department in 1986. Mary was a teacher for the Franklin school system for over 50 years having tirelessly and lovingly educated many young children. They are founding members of The Baptist Tabernacle where Truman served many years as the church treasurer and Mary is still the church pianist. They have one child, Robin, married to Lon Fox, and 2 grandsons, Davis (married to Rye) and Derek. Their 60 years together have been blessed and, in turn, they have been a blessing to so many others. Happy 60th Anniversary!
