Perry St., 2nd Floor, Dayton, Ohio 45402, Case No. 2022EST00175 Christopher F. Cowan, Counsel for Todd R. Roberts, Administrator, WWA, of the Estate of Otto F. Stock, Jr., deceased, and to Robyn F. Flintoft, Phyllis N. Winnicky, Heather R. Malone, Bret A. Williamson, Charles F. Williamson, Jr., Cheryl Lynn Hankins, Mark C. Demaskey, Robert J. Demaskey, Scott M. Demaskey, Dalina V. Foster and James Folan whose addresses are unknown; and the unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses, Guardians and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minors and/or Incompetent Heirs of Robyn F. Foster and James Folan and the unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses, Guardians and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minors and/or Incompetent Heirs of Otto F. Stock, Jr., deceased may have an interest in the estate; and may be a person who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent had the decedent died intestate. You are hereby notified that the decedent, Otto F. Stock, Jr., died on December 31, 2021 and that the decedent's Last Will and Testament was admitted to probate by the Montgomery County Probate Court on May 13, 2022. This notice is given to all of the above-described persons who may be entitled to inherit from the decedent had the decedent died intestate. After a Certificate of Service of Notice of Probate of Will is filed evidencing any notices given, any action to contest the validity of decedent's Will must be filed no more than three months after filing such certificate for the decedent.
