Rumpler, Deceased you will take notice that on the 12th day of April, 2022, Defendant Cross-Claimant, filed a Answer and Crossclaim for foreclosure in the Butler County (OH) Common Pleas Court, 315 High Street, Hamilton, OH 45011, being Case No. CV 2021 10 1620, alleging that there is due to the Defendant Cross-Claimant the sum of $83,931.73, plus interest at 8.25000% per annum from April 09, 2021, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 55 Scott Lane, Hamilton, OH 45015, being permanent parcel number P6462-024-000-223. Defendant Cross-Claimant further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute. Defendant Cross-Claimant prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law. Said Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the 29th day of July, 2022.
