RIVERSIDE LODGE NO. 47, A.F. & A.M., AN UNINCORPORATED LODGE WHICH IS A SUBORDINATE BODY OF AND CHARTERED BY ALL FREE AND ACCEPTED MASONS, ET. AL. DEFENDANT, namely RIVERSIDE LODGE NO. 47, A.F. & A.M., AN UNINCORPORATED LODGE WHICH IS A SUBORDINATE BODY OF AND CHARTERED BY ALL FREE AND ACCEPTED MASONS, WHOSE LAST KNOWN ADDRESS IS 631 SPRING ST., FRANKLIN, OH 45005, JOHN DOE, UNKNOWN TENANT, WHOSE LAST KNOWN ADDRESS IS 631 SPRING ST., FRANKLIN, OH 45005, AND AMOS LEE, IF LIVING, WHOSE LAST KNOWN ADDRESS IS 917 FERGUSON AVE., DAYTON, OH 45402-6115 will take notice that on the 28th day of September, 2018, Barney Wright, Treasurer of Warren County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Warren County, Ohio, at 500 Justice Drive, Lebanon, Ohio, 45036, in Case No. 18CV91528 on the docket of said Court, demanding judgment in the amount of $4,743.18, plus accrued taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest and court costs; and, Plaintiff is seeking an order of foreclosure against the following described real estate: Sidwell No. 02-04-227-011 Account No. 2128411 Situate in the City of Franklin, Township of Franklin, County of Warren and State of Ohio, Section 4, Town 1 North, Range 5 East, and being Lot Numbered Two Hundred (200) as the same is known and designated on the plat of Mackinaw Addition to said City of Franklin, Ohio as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 199. Also all the right, title and interest in a portion of that alley from Chestnut Street running in a northwesterly line to the west line of Lot Number 200 extended of the Mackinaw Addition to the City of Franklin as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 199 adjoining the above described premises on the northerly side. Said alley was vacated July 21, 1986 by City of Franklin Ordinance No. 1986-25. Said portion being approximately 50.31' by 7.5' and containing approximately 0.01 acres per the Warren County Engineers Tax Map Department. Subject to all legal highways, easements, rights of way, covenants, conditions, and restrictions of record. PROPERTY ADDRESS: 631 Spring St., Franklin, OH 45005 Each defendant is required to answer such complaint on or before the 28th day after the last publication of said legal advertisement or judgment by default will be taken against any such defendant not so answering, for the relief demanded in said complaint.
