ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS City of Monroe Public Works Office 1000 Holman Avenue Monroe, OH 45050 Separate sealed Bids for the Britton Lane Tank Rehabilitation project will be received by City of Monroe, OH at the Public Works Director's office at 1000 Holman Avenue, Monroe, OH 45050 until 2:00 o'clock PM (local time), June 9, 2020, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the tank site on June 2, 2020 at 10:00 am. The work covered by the Contract Documents includes the following: Cleaning and painting of the 400,000 Gallon Standpipe located at 760 Britton Lane, Monroe, OH 45050 along with miscellaneous standpipe repairs and alterations, together with the necessary appertaining work. The Bidding documents will only be available electronically and can be forwarded to Bidders without cost. Attention to the BIDDERS is called to the Instructions to Bidders and Scope of Work, which are included in the proposed Contract Documents. Proposal forms found in the Procurement Forms and Supplements section of the Contract Documents shall be completed and properly executed when submitting the Bid. The City of Monroe reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or to increase or decrease or omit any item or items and/or award to the most responsive and responsible BIDDER. Each proposal must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same.
