ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS City of Riverside Guardrail, Sign and Fence Maintenance Bids for the Guardrail, Sign and Fence Maintenance Program will be received by the City of Riverside at 5200 Springfield Street, Suite 100, Riverside, Ohio 45431, until 10:00 a.m., (local time) on Thursday, June 29, 2023. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project shall generally consist of guardrail, sign and fence maintenance on an as-needed basis authorized by the City of Riverside. Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be obtained by contacting the City of Riverside's Public Service Administrative Assistant, Michelle Elliott. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated contact. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Contact. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is required. Bidder must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Montgomery County and the City of Riverside, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration, (614) 644-2239.
