ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS/PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received by the Butler County Regional Transit Authority via the eProcurement Portal until 2:00 p.m. on April 4, 2023 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the BCRTA -Chestnut Street Multimodal Station. OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: $21,210,136.00 ALTERNATE 1 OPINION OF PROBABLE COST: $1,956,400.00 ESTIMATED COMPLETION DATE: September 30, 2024 The project consists of the demolition of a 7,800 square foot building and construction of a 55,000 SF intermodal facility; including bus storage, community spaces and maintenance facilities. Alternate 1 consists of 3,550 SF vehicle wash bay and associated rainwater harvesting system. Bids must be in accordance with drawings and specifications and on forms included in the contract documents. Documents may be ordered by downloading from OpenGov. All addenda and other project communications will be issued through this site. There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting between 9:45 and 10:45 a.m. on March 14, 2023 at the Nelson-Morrow Meeting Room, 909 South Main Street, Oxford, Ohio, 45056.
