ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Purchase of Print and Mail Services COUNTY OF BUTLER BUTLER COUNTY GOVERNMENT SERVICES CENTER 315 HIGH STREET HAMILTON, OHIO 45011 Sealed Bids will be received at the office of the Board of Butler County Commissioners, Butler County Government Services Center, 315 High Street, 6th Floor, Hamilton, Ohio 45011 until 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, October 6, 2020. Such bids shall be opened and read aloud in the Butler County Commissioners Chambers, Butler County Government Services Center, 315 High Street, 2nd Floor, Hamilton, Ohio at 10:45 a.m., in accordance with specifications. The Contract involves the purchase of Print and Mail Services to be used in the printing and mailing of utility bills and other correspondence for the Butler County Water and Sewer Department (BCWS). Specifications are on file at the office of the Butler County Water and Sewer Department, Butler County Administrative Center, 130 High Street, 5th Floor, Hamilton, Ohio. Copies of the Bidding Documents and Specifications may be obtained on-line at http://www.butler countyohio.org/commissioner. Each bid must contain the full name and street address of the bidder, a signed Non-Collusion Affidavit, a signed Personal Property Tax Affidavit, and a Bid Guaranty. Bids shall be sealed and shall be clearly marked on the outside of the package "BIDS FOR PRINT AND MAIL SERVICES FOR THE WATER AND SEWER DEPARTMENT." Failure to submit bids in conformance with the Contract Documents will result in rejection of the Bid as non-responsive. The right is reserved by the County to reject any or all Bids, to waive formalities, to accept the lowest and best Bid, and to hold Bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening for evaluating both the Bids and Bidders.
