ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be received by the Clerk of the County Commissioners, Warren County, Ohio, 406 Justice Drive, Lebanon, Ohio 45036, until 9:15 AM, Wednesday March 29, 2023, at the Office of the Warren County Commissioners, and then at said time bids will be opened and read aloud for the 2023 Sewer Treatment Chemicals Project. Bid documents including terms, general conditions, supplemental conditions, and specifications are available on the Warren County Website at https://www.co.warren.oh.us/Commissioners/Bids/ Default.aspx. Questions regarding the technical specifications should be directed to Tayler Bishop, Sewer Treatment Plant Superintendent, at Tayler.Bishop@co.warren.oh.us . Each bid shall contain the full name of each person or company submitting the bid and be accompanied by a bid bond for the full amount of the bid or a certified check in the amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid. The Warren County Water and Sewer Department is seeking a responsible vendor to provide Sewer Treatment Chemicals (Sodium Hypochlorite, Ferric Chloride, and Sodium Bisulfite) to the Waynesville Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 444 N. State Route 42, Waynesville Ohio 45068, according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation.
