ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Sealed proposals will be received by the Warren County Treasurer, 406 Justice Drive, Lebanon, Ohio 45036, until 12:00 PM, May 26th 2020, at the Office of the County Treasurer, and then at said time bids will be reviewed by the County Treasurer for the tax payment kiosk project. Request For Proposal documents are available online at the Warren County Website at https://www.co.warren.oh. us/Commissioners/Bids/Default.aspx Questions regarding the Request for Proposals documents and specifications can be directed to Warren County Treasurer Barney Wright at (513) 695-1300. Contact the Warren County Commissioners' Office at (513) 695-1250 should you need assistance in accessing the bidding information on the County web site. The project generally consists of one (1) financial transaction device for county expenses paid to the Treasurer's Office. The financial transaction device shall consist of a stand-alone electronic kiosk that accepts cash, check, credit and debit cards in a secure manner compliant with the payment card industry data security standards. The Warren County Treasurer will review the proposals according the criteria in the Request for Proposal documents and make a recommendation as to the most advantageous proposal to the Board of County Commissioners.
