The plans and bid proposal documents are available through Bid Express (Bid Number 23-23) at: https://www.bidexpress.com/ businesses/21770/home. The proposals can only be submitted through Bid Express. Free registration with Bid Express will allow a bidder to review and print all City of Springfield projects. A digital ID will be required for the bidder to submit an electronic proposals. The digital ID can be set up through Bid Express.
