City of Lebanon Fire Station 41 Facility Design

CITY OF LEBANON FIRE STATION 41 FACILITY DESIGN SERVICES RFQ #19-1834 Sealed qualification statements will be received by the City Manager of the City of Lebanon, Ohio at the office of said Manager (50 S. Broadway Ave.) until 2:00 p.m., on Monday, July 8th, 2019, for the City of Lebanon's Fire Station 41 Facility Design Services, Request for Qualifications #19-1834. The City of Lebanon is soliciting statement of qualifications from interested parties to provide architectural and civil engineering related services for the design of a new fire station. Lebanon's Fire Division consists of a combination of full-time and part-time personnel housed in two separate fire stations. The proposed fire station will replace existing Station 41. The new fire station will be located on 6 acres owned by the City on N. Broadway Ave., and is anticipated to be 18,000 to 20,000 s.f. of vehicle bays, living and support areas, office space, training room, and other requirements. A fire facility study is included in the RFQ documents to provide more detail.
