CITY OF LEBANON LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT CITY OF LEBANON POLICE PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITY STUDY CONSULTANT SERVICES Sealed proposals will be received by the City Manager of the City of Lebanon, Ohio at the office of said Manager (50 S. Broadway Ave.) until 2:00 p.m., on Friday, July 8, 2022, for the City of Lebanon's Police Public Safety Facility Study Consultant Services, Request for Proposals. Lebanon has a population of just over 21,000 residents, and is the county seat for Warren County, Ohio. The City of Lebanon is soliciting proposals from interested parties to evaluate existing Police and Municipal Court facilities as it relates to current and anticipated future operational needs. The goal of this study is to determine the viability of the existing building facilities and/or recommend future police and court facility needs to support a growing population. Currently, the police department is located at 25 W. Silver St. and the Municipal Court operation is located in the City Building at 50 S. Broadway Ave. The desired consultant shall have experience with the planning and design of police and court facilities. Request for Proposal documents, with additional specifications and requirements, may be obtained from the Office of the City Auditor, City of Lebanon Building, 50 S. Broadway Avenue, Lebanon Ohio 45036 or on the City's website at www.lebanonohio.gov. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities. The City also reserves the right to hold all proposals for 60 days after the opening date, even if not accepted or rejected. All contractors and subcontractors must comply with all EEO requirements.
