CONTRACT #19-22 SUBSTATION CONTROL HOUSE FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE, ELECTRIC DIVISION CITY OF HAMILTON, OHIO Sealed bids will be received and opened by the Purchasing Agent of the City of Hamilton at the One Renaissance Center, 345 High St., Suite 730, Hamilton, Ohio 45011, until two (2) o'clock P.M., Local Time, on the 31ST day of October, 2019, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for furnishing the following: Substation Control House All necessary labor, supervision, material, equipment, insurances, transportation, warranties, etc. in order to complete the project in accordance with the Contract Document. Copies of the bid documents may be view or obtained from the Purchasing Agent, One Renaissance Center, 345 High St., Suite 730, Hamilton, Ohio 45011 during regular business hours, or by query at the City's web-site www.hamilton-city.org, click on "Services" then "Bids & Quotes", or directly at the Bid Express Website at: www.bidexpress.com. Registration with Bid Express is free and allows for the Bidder to review, download, and print all bid documents. This is a State of Ohio Prevailing Wage Rate project. The City reserves the right to reject any and all responsive bids, and advertise again, or to accept any bid which may be deemed to advance the best interest of the City of Hamilton, Ohio.
