Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio (COA) is seeking competitive, sealed electronic proposals from qualified for profit and not-for profit organizations and public agencies, interested in contracting with COA to provide Intake, Assessment, and Screening Services to persons receiving services through COA's Butler County Elderly Services Program (ESP).
