LEGAL AD AND NOTICE TO BIDDERS CONTRACT NO. 21-7 SEALED BIDS will be received at the office of the Butler County Commissioners, Sixth floor, Butler County Government Services Center, 315 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011, until 10:30 a.m. local time on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 and will be opened and read aloud at 10:45 a.m. or shortly thereafter in the Commissioners' Chambers on the Second floor in the Government Services Center, for furnishing the labor, materials and equipment for the Village of Seven Mile, Emergency Storm Sewer Replacement Project CDBG 21-7, funded by the Butler County Department of Community Development. Copies of the plans, specifications and proposal forms, together with any further information desired, may be secured from the Butler County Department of Community Development, Butler County Administrative Center, 130 High Street, 6th Floor Hamilton, Ohio and may be made available digitally at no charge via email, contact 513-887-5391. The Advertisement for Bids may be obtained on-line at http://butlercountyohio.org/ commissioner and http://butlercounty ohio.org/communitydevelopment/ currentprojectbids Each bid must contain the full name and street address of the bidder, a signed Non-Collusion Affidavit, a signed Personal Property Tax Affidavit and a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bids shall be sealed and shall be clearly marked on the outside of the package "BIDS FOR SEVEN MILE EMERGENCY STORM SEWER REPLACEMENT PROJECT FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT." Bidders are required to use the Bid Forms furnished by the Butler County Department of Community Development Office. Failure to submit bids in conformance with the contract Documents will result in rejection of the bid as non-responsive.
