LEGAL AD and NOTICE to CONTRACTORS CONTRACT NO. PSRHD 2023-01 Butler County Community Development is seeking a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the solicitation of Permanent Supportive Rental Housing Development for the HOME Investment Partnerships Program -American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (HOME-ARP) Program. This program utilizes funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and requires all HUD federal requirements to be met by qualified developers. Through the HOME-ARP Program, Butler County has allocated funds to reduce homelessness and increase housing stability within the County. Developers can leverage these funds for the acquisition, construction and or rehabilitation of affordable Permanent Supportive rental housing for qualifying populations. Proposals are to be SEALED and delivered to the Butler County Community Development Office. Each proposal shall bear on its face the name and address of the Provider submitting and shall be plainly marked "Proposal No. PSRHD 2023-01, Permanent Supportive Rental Housing Development". Sealed Proposals will be received at Butler County Community Development, 130 High Street, 6th Floor, Hamilton, Ohio 45011 until 4:00 p.m. EST on Friday, November 17, 2023. Specifications may be obtained at the office of the Butler County Community Development; or by query at community development website at: development.bcohio.us, or by calling 513-785-5391. The Board of Butler County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities; to reject any and all proposals or any portion of a proposal; and to hold proposals valid for sixty (60) days from the proposal date.
