Legal Ad The Green Township Trustees will accept bids for 2019 road work at their April 2 meeting. Bids will be accepted until 8:00 pm on the 2nd at the Pitchin Fire Department, 5467 Selma Pike, or by mail to 4163 E. Pitchin Road, Springfield, OH 45502. Bids are to be submitted on the following proposal: For the furnishing and application of HFRS-2P polymerized asphalt emulsion or MC-3000 liquid asphalt at the rate of .40 gal/sy and crushed limestone at the rate of 25 lb/sy necessary to: (1) chip seal 4' edges on 1 mile of road (2) chip seal 1 mile of road 16' wide (3) chip seal 1 mile of road 18' wide. All material furnished and work performed shall conform to the 2017 Ohio Department of Transportation specifications. A complete bid package will include a bid bond and proof of current insurance.
