LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT Sealed bids will be received in the Montgomery County Purchasing Department, 9th floor, County Administration Building, 451 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45422, until 1:30 p.m., November 6, 2019 for two (2) SKID MOUNTED VALVE EXERCISING AND VACUUM UNITS (SO900028), for the Montgomery County Environmental Services Department. Said bids will be opened as soon thereafter as the opening can begin in Room 902, 9th floor of the County Administration Building. Specifications are available at the Purchasing Department, 9th floor, County Administration Building, or by accessing the Montgomery County Website at www.mcohio.org/onlinebidswww.mcohio.org/onlinebids.org No Bid Bond Is Required. No Performance Bond is required. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope identified as "SO900028 SKID MOUNTED VALVE/VAC UNIT" and must have the full name and address of the bidder on the envelope.
