Legal Advertisement Sealed Proposals Will Be Received

LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT Sealed proposals will be received in the Montgomery County Purchasing Department, 9th floor, County Administration Building, 451 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45422, until January 16, 2019 at 1:30 p.m., for License Plate Readers (SO800034), for the Montgomery County Office of Emergency Management Department. Said proposals will be opened as soon thereafter as the opening can be in in Room 902, 9th floor of the County Administration Building. Specifications are available at the Purchasing Department, 9th floor, County Administration Building, or by accessing the Montgomery County Website at www.mcohio.org/onlinebids No Bid Bond or Performance Bond is required. Proposals shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope identified as "SO800034 License Plate Readers" and must have the full name and address of the bidder on the envelope. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities of proposals, should same be to the advantage of the County.
