LEGAL NOTICE - ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed hard copy bids will be accepted by Northmont City Schools until 1:30 PM EST, April 2, 2019, for the Kleptz Early Learning Center, Storage Area Expansion, after which they will be publicly opened and read in the Conference Room of the Service Center Building at 7277 Hoke Road, Clayton, Ohio. Only one contract will be issued by the Owner for constructing the Project, which will cover all scopes of work necessary. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, March 25 at 1:30 PM at the Kleptz Early Learning Center, 1100 W. National Road, Englewood, OH. Contract Documents will be available to general contractors and sub-contractors for download from App Architecture's FTP site starting Monday, March 18th. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as required by Section 15.3.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. Northmont City Schools reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids and to reject any or all bids.
