LEGAL NOTICE Dayton Public School District (DPSD) intends to enter into a Three (3) year contract, with Two (2) one year options with qualified vendor(s) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis Services to Dayton Public Schools, Office for Exceptional Children. On September 18, 2022, DPSD will post a formal solicitation for RFQ 22-029 Applied Behavior Analysis Services for Dayton Public Schools at web site: https://dps.bonfirehub.com/ opportunities. All interested parties, potential Offerors, and those seeking to do business are hereby notified that this web site will be updated periodically to include additional documentation. It is the responsibility of interested parties, potential offerors, and those seeking to do business to continuously check this web site to make sure to receive any additional information posted regarding this solicitation. All questions pertaining to this solicitation will be accepted ONLY in writing through the Bonfirehub website until October 3, 2022, 5:00 p.m. EST. A virtual pre-qualification conference will be held, September 28, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. EST. Details for joining teleconference can be found in the specifications. Attendance is strongly recommended. Sealed proposals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis Services for Dayton Public Schools will be accepted on Monday, October 10, 2022, by 12:00 p.m. EST. Responses must be submitted electronically at https://dps.bonfirehub.com/ opportunities. Firms submitting Proposal must be approved by the Human Relations Council of the City of Dayton and must submit with their bid evidence of such approval. Based on Ohio Revised Code 5719.042, the Dayton Board of Education requires that all firms submit with their bid an affidavit affirming status of delinquency on property taxes. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposal resulting from above.
