LEGAL NOTICE NEAL FARM CASH RENT The Board of Miami County Commissioners will be receiving (per acre) sealed bids for land rent of the County's Neal Farm. The Neal Farm is located on Lytle Road, Troy, Ohio, in Concord Township. Tillable acres are measured at 44.53 acres. Bids will be received in the Commissioners' Office, 201 W. Main Street, Troy, Ohio 45373 (Safety Building) until 9:05 a.m. on Tuesday, October 27, 2020, at which time bids will be opened. Bids must be submitted in a SEALED envelope and marked "Farm Bid". ******************************* The contract will be for a one year period. ****************************** Land rent is to be paid twice per year. First payment is due on April 1st and second on December 1st. All Federal government farm program payments will be paid to the Lessee. The Lessee will be expected to farm this land in a husbandry manner, with proper crop rotation. Lessee must maintain all established waterways and buffer strips (if applicable).
