LEGAL NOTICE NO. 19 Electronic bids will be received through QuestCDN by the Director of Public Works of the City of Dayton, State of Ohio, until 12:00 Noon, THURSDAY, APRIL 16, 2020 for the following improvement: 2020 BRIDGE CONCRETE SEALING (5% WBE PARTICIPATION GOAL) Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. Bidding documents for this project may be examined online or downloaded at: www.questcdn.com. The QuestCDN eBidDoc Number for this project is 689947. There is a non-refundable fee of $50 for each set of bidding documents. Women Business Enterprise (WBE) subcontract bidders on this project must be certified with the City of Dayton Human Relations Council as such. Any bidder seeking information or clarification on Section 35.14, 35.15 and 35.16 of the City of Dayton's Revised Code of General Ordinances (R.C.G.O.) regarding Equal Employment Opportunity and various rules and regulations of the Human Relations Council regarding the utilization of (WBE) Women Business Enterprise(s) under the City's Procurement Enhancement Program (PEP) should contact the Human Relations Council at 937-333-1403. The participation must be submitted with your bid on the "PEP-Certified WBE Participation Form" (for the WBE goal) provided by the City of Dayton Human Relations Council (HRC).
