Legal Notice Pursuant to authority granted by a motion agreed by Enon Village Council on November 22, 2022, sealed bids will be received at the Administration office of Enon, Ohio until 1:00 pm, December 12, 2022, then publicly opened and read aloud in the Council Chambers of the Administration building located at 363 E. Main St. Enon, Ohio. Farming of +/- 54.49 Acres Enon Rd. Parcel # 180-05-00001-201-022 All bids must be submitted on the proposal forms prepared by the Village of Enon and Mad River Township. Proposal forms and specifications may be obtained at the Village office, 363 E. Main St. Enon, Ohio 45323. The estimated 54.49 acres of farmland will be based on records provided by the Clark County Auditors office and be farmed for the duration of the contract. The Village and Mad River Township reserves the right to decrease the estimated acreage listed without change to unit price quoted unless specific restrictions are included as part of the bid. The Village and Mad River Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids; and reserves the right to accept or reject any and all optional bids offered; and reserves the right to waive minor irregularities in the bids received. Bids must sealed in an envelope clearly marked as "BID Enon Rd FARMLAND" and delivered to the Village of Enon, 363 E.
