LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Clark County Department of Job and Family Services (CCDJFS) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction located at CCDJFS in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the RFP.
