LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP #20-15 GREENUP CONTROL SYSTEM CITY OF HAMILTON, OHIO DEPARTMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE Sealed proposals must be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of Hamilton, One Renaissance Center, 345 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio, 45011, until two (2) o'clock P.M., Local Time, on the 12th of June 2020, at which time the bids must be publicly opened and read aloud for furnishing the following: PURCHASE OF A GREENUP CONTROLS SYSTEM Copies of the bid documents may be view or obtained from the Purchasing Agent, One Renaissance Center, 345 High St., 4th Floor, Hamilton, Ohio 45011 during regular business hours, or by query at the City's web-site www.hamilton-city.org, click on "Services" then "Bids & Quotes", or directly at the Bid Express Website at: www.bidexpress.com. Registration with Bid Express is free and allows for the Bidder to review, download, and print all bid documents. An onsite pre-bid conference shall be conducted on 23rd of April 2020 at 10am Greenup Hydroelectric, 3263 Kenyon Road, Franklin Furnace, OH 45629. This date is tentative. Proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes, properly identified with the bidder's name, Contract number, bid opening date and a statement that it is a sealed bid covering the services for which the bid is submitted. Bids shall be addressed to the Purchasing Agent, Hamilton Municipal Building, 345 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio, 45011. The City of Hamilton reserves the right to reject any or all proposals with or without cause; to cancel the RFP and re-solicit the services; to waive any or all irregularities with regard to the specifications; and to make the award to the Supplier offering the greatest advantage to the City.
