Legal Notice Sealed bids will be received by the Springfield City School District at the Treasurer's Office, 1500 W. Jefferson St., Springfield OH 45506, until 3pm local time on Tuesday, October 29, 2019, for the Warder Park Wayne Elementary Roof Project, in accordance with the Drawings & Specifications prepared by Craig E Dillon AIA Architects, 105 W High St, Springfield OH 45502. A Bid Guaranty in the form described in the Instructions to Bidders is required with each bid submitted. Bids will be opened and read in the boardroom at 1500 W. Jefferson St. shortly after 3:00 pm. Submit all questions to Mr. Dillon ((937) 323-7018) or cdillonaia@CEDarchitects.com). A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 3:00 pm, Monday, October 21, 2019, at the District's Service Center, 651 E Home Rd, Springfield OH 45503. Contract documents are available from the Architect's Office in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and may be viewed without charge during business hours at the District's Service Center. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the bid opening. The District reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct necessary investigation to determine bidder responsibility.
