LEGAL NOTICE Sealed bids will be received by the City Manager of the city of Oakwood at the Foell Public Works Center, 210 Shafor Boulevard, Oakwood, Ohio 45419, until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 for the 2020 Asphalt Pavement Maintenance Program, according to the project manual on file in said office. The project involves asphalt mill and overlay on city streets. The project manual may be obtained for a $40.00 non-refundable fee from the Public Works Office or at no charge via e-mail. Norbert S.
