LEGAL NOTICE The Area Agency on Aging, PSA 2 seeks proposals from service providers who are interested in receiving a contract for fiscal year January 1, 2023 December 31, 2026 through a competitive Request For Proposal process for provision of specified services for older adults older adults age 60 and older, residing in Champaign, Clark, Darke, Greene, Logan, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, and Shelby Counties under the following programs: Older Americans Act Title III Community Based Services Older Americans Act Title III Evidence-Based Services Care Coordination Caregiver Support for adults who have an identified caregiver who is involved in their care. Home Repair Services Targeted for older adults age 60 and older in economic and social need. Letters of Intent are due on or before July 5, 2022.
