Cincinnati, Ohio 45242 513-326-2300 Bidding Documents are available at bidder's cost to cover production and handling charges for each set, NONE OF WHICH WILL BE REFUNDED. The Deerfield Township Trustees reserve the right to accept the lowest and best bid, to reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularities in bids which do not impair the bidding process.
