NOTICE OF INVITING BIDS Butler Township Board of Trustees Ohio Revised Code Section 505.10 Notice is hereby given that bids will be received by the Board of Trustees of Butler Township, Mercer County, Ohio, at 306 West Main Street, Coldwater, Ohio 45828, until 5:00 P.M. on January 20, 2020 for purchase of a 1997 Ford L800 dump truck - 8.3L - 210 HP, mileage 31,940 and the truck is equipped with a Gledhill 10 foot snow plow and hitch. It also has a Swenson salt spreader attached to the back of the truck with a new metal bed liner installed in 2012. Bids will be opened by the Board on the above date at 8:00 P.M. at the office of the Board of Trustees located at 306 West Main Street, Coldwater, Ohio 45828. The terms of sale are cash upon delivery at 306 West Main Street, Coldwater, Ohio 45828 with sales tax of Seven at 25/100 (7.25%) to be added to the sale price.
