NOTICE TO BIDDERS BEAVERTOWN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT 2022 For KETTERING CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT 500 Lincoln Park Blvd. Kettering Ohio 45429 (937) 499-1418 The Kettering City Schools Board of Education will accept bids for Beavertown Elementary School Roof Replacement Project 2022, until 2:00 PM on December 5, 2022, at the Office of the Treasurer, Kettering City School District located at 500 Lincoln Park Blvd., 3rd Floor, Kettering OH 45429. Bids for the project will be publicly opened and read at that time. Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope endorsed by the name of the bidder and marked "Kettering City Schools Beavertown Elementary School Roof Replacement Project 2022" and addressed to the Treasurer of the Board of Education, Cary Furniss, 500 Lincoln Park Blvd., 3rd Floor, Kettering OH 45429. Proposals must be received at the Office of the Treasurer on or before the specified time. No proposals received through facsimile transmission or electronic media will be accepted. Bid Documents were prepared by RDA Group Architects, LLC, Attn: Mr. Jonathan Schaaf, (937) 610-3440. The Bid Documents are being issued in electronic format [PDF] and may be obtained upon request by email to jrs@rda-group.com. Documents may be printed at the bidder's expense, non-refundable. A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 29, 2022 at 10:00 AM, at Beavertown Elementary School, 2700 Wilmington Pike, Kettering, OH 45419. Site visits will follow the pre-bid meeting.
