NOTICE TO BIDDERS PIQUA CITY SCHOOLS BUS LOT IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT For PIQUA CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT 215 Looney Road Piqua Ohio 45356 (937) 773-4321 The Piqua City Schools Board of Education will accept bids for Piqua City Schools Bus Lot Improvements Project, until 12:00 PM on June 25, 2019, at the Office of the Treasurer, Piqua City School District located at 215 Looney Road, Piqua OH 45356. Bids for the project will be publicly opened and read at that time. Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope endorsed by the name of the bidder and marked "Piqua City Schools Bus Lot Improvements Project" and addressed to the Treasurer of the Board of Education, Jeremie Hittle, 215 Looney Road, Piqua OH 45356. Proposals must be received at the Office of the Treasurer on or before the specified time. No proposals received through facsimile transmission or electronic media will be accepted. Bid Documents were prepared by RDA Group Architects, LLC, Attn: Mr. Jonathan Schaaf, (937) 610-3440. The Bid Documents are being issued in electronic format [PDF] and may be obtained upon request by email to jrs@rda-group.com. Documents may be printed at the bidder's expense, non-refundable.
