Bidders are required to be enrolled in and to be in good standing in DFSP approved by the OBWC prior to submitting a Bid. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee equivalent to the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, by certified check or bid guarantee and contract bond made payable to Sinclair Community College.
