NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received in the Montgomery County Purchasing Department, 9th floor County Administration Building, 451 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45422, until 1:30 p.m., Bid Date Wednesday, June 17, 2020 for 130066-32, Wilderness Way Water Main Replacement, for the Montgomery County Environmental Services Department. Said Bids will be opened as soon thereafter as the opening can begin in Room 902, 9th floor of the County Administration Building. Project consists of approximately 532' of 8" ductile iron pipe installation, 1 fire hydrant and 6 water service stubs. Plans and Specifications are available at 1850 Spaulding Road, Kettering, Ohio 45432, for review or by accessing the Montgomery County website at www.mcohio.org/onlinebids at no cost. Plans and Specifications may be purchased at the Bidder's cost at the location below to cover production and handling charges for each set, NONE OF WHICH WILL BE REFUNDED: ARC, 424 East Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45402 Ph: (937) 277-7930 www.e-arc.com/oh/dayton A MANDATORY Prebid Meeting will be held at 1:30 P.M. on June 8, 2020, at Montgomery County Environmental Services, 1850 Spaulding Rd., Kettering, Ohio 45432. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE $ 126,600.00 All Bids shall include the Bid Submittal Documents as defined in the Instructions to Bidders in Specification Section 00100. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope identified as "130066-32, Wilderness Way Water Main Replacement" and must have full name and address of the Bidder on the envelope. The County Commissioners reserve the rights defined in the Instructions to Bidders, including, but not limited to the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities of Bids, should same be to the advantage of the County.
