NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sinclair Community College Master Plan Enhancement Project #2 Entry Gateway and Parking Deck Pavilion project Empire Building Company, LLC is requesting proposals & bids from subcontractors and suppliers, MBE/WBE certified, for the Sinclair Community College Master Plan Enhancement Project #2 Entry Gateway and Parking Deck Pavilion project. Proposals and Bids for all scopes of work will be received, including but not limited to earthwork, exterior improvements, utilities, demolition, concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry, thermal & moisture control, openings, finishes, specialties, conveying equipment, plumbing, hvac, electrical, safety & security. Proposals and Bids will be received and are due by 10:00 AM Tuesday, May 7, 2019.
