NOTICE TO BIDDERS Village of South Vienna, Ohio Storage Pole Barn Sealed and signed bids will be accepted by the Village of South Vienna, Ohio, until 2:00 PM, local time, on Tuesday, January 22, 2019, at 149 West Main Street, South Vienna, OH 45369, for all labor, material, and services necessary for the completion of the specified Storage Pole Barn project. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. It will be necessary for the bidders to contact Toni Keller to make an appointment to drop off bids. Bids can be mailed to Village of South Vienna, Attn: Toni Keller, PO Box 569, South Vienna, Ohio 45369. All mailed bids must be received prior to the 2:00 PM, local time, on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 deadline. Bids will be opened publicly at the special Village Council Meeting to be held at 7:00 PM on January 22, 2019, at 149 West Main Street, South Vienna, OH 45369, after the bid deadline and read immediately thereafter. Contract Documents are available at 149 West Main Street, South Vienna, OH 45369, for a $25.00 fee. Contract documents are also available at the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio, 1175 Dublin Road, Columbus, Ohio 43215 and the Dayton Builders Exchange, 2077 Embury Park Road, Dayton, Ohio 45414. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all Addenda and alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all Addenda and alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do not apply for this project. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Village reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of a bidder.
