Public Announcement Request for Qualifications Consultant Engineering Services

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS CONSULTANT ENGINEERING SERVICES CITY OF HAMILTON The City of Hamilton (the "City") invites interested parties to submit sealed statements of qualifications for consultant engineering services related to its Hamilton Beltline Trail Phase 4 project (the "Project"). City personnel will not meet individually with consultants to discuss this project. All questions shall be submitted via the City's www.bidexpress.com page. The deadline for questions is June 9, 2023 at 2:00 PM. Copies of the complete Request for Qualifications may be obtained from www.bidexpress.com Statements of Qualifications must be delivered to the City no later than June 16, 2023 at 2:00 PM. Sealed Statements of Qualifications should be addressed to: City of Hamilton c/o Ken Snyder Purchasing Division 3 45 High Street Hamilton, Ohio 45011 The City of Hamilton requests your qualifications to provide professional geotechnical engineering services including, but not limited to, subsurface investigation and foundation design recommendations for a pedestrian bridge. The pedestrian bridge will be designed by Burgess & Niple as part of the Hamilton Beltline Recreational Trail - Phase 4 project. The Hamilton Beltline Recreational Trail Phase 4 project includes a new 10' wide by 150' long, single span, pedestrian bridge over Two Mile Creek; and 3400' of 10' wide asphalt trail with 2' shoulders, along a former CSX rail corridor from Eaton Avenue to Main Street. Consultant for geotechnical services must be an ODOT prequalified consultant for the type of work to be performed. 6-2/2023
