Pursuant to Orc 6119.10The Southwest Regional Water

Pursuant to ORC 6119.10, the Southwest Regional Water District, a political subdivision of the State of Ohio, will receive sealed bids at its office at 3640 Old Oxford Road, Hamilton, Ohio, 45013, until 1:30pm local time on Tuesday, July 16, 2019, for the project known as ST RT-128 WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT FROM 2133 TO 2243 HAMILTON-CLEVES ROAD, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The bidding documents may be obtained from Neil Bond at the District at 513-863-0828 bondn@swwater.org. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No pre-bid meeting will be held. The project is described as follows: Provide labor, material, and equipment to install a new 6" diameter water main 1,780-foot long along with necessary connections, bore, and meter services starting at 2133 & continuing to 2243 ST RT-128; St. Clair Township; Butler County, Ohio. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a bid guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Such bid guaranty shall be in the form of either a 100% bond or a cashier's check or irrevocable letter of credit, made payable to the District in an amount equal to 10% of the bid amount. All corporate sureties shall be licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services and labor in the implementation of the project. No contract will be awarded if the lowest and best base bid is in excess of 10% above the Engineer's pre-bid estimate of cost, which is $196,000.00. This is an Ohio prevailing wage project. Mary L.
