REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR MEDICAL BILLING SERVICES AND ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ACTIVITIES Notice is hereby given that SEALED PROPOSALS will be received in the Office of the Purchasing Agent, located on the fourth floor of City Hall, 76 E. High St., Springfield, Ohio, 45502 until 3:00 pm, local time, Friday, May 31, 2019 for Medical Billing Services and Accounts Receivable Activities. Each segment of service and said proposal submitted shall comply strictly to the request for proposal (RFP) prepared by the Director of Finance and now on file in the Office of the Purchasing Agent for use by prospective bidders. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any defect in a proposal which does not materially alter the contract documents.
