REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR: PAID PARKING SYSTEM & PARKING MANAGEMENT SERVICES Notice is hereby given that SEALED PROPOSALS will be received in the Office of the Purchasing Agent, located on the fourth floor of City Hall, 76 E. High St., Springfield, Ohio, 45502 until 3:00 pm, local time, Wednesday, November 20th, 2019 for: Paid Parking System & Parking Management Services. Each segment of service and said proposal submitted shall comply strictly to the request for proposal (RFP) prepared by the Purchasing Division and now on file in the Office of the Purchasing Agent for use by prospective bidders.
