Request for Proposal (RFP) for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System and Implementation The City of Springfield, Ohio, will receive electronic proposals for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System and Implementation until 4:00 pm Local Time, on July 27, 2022. The electronic proposals can only be submitted through Bid Express. The RFP is only available through Bid Express using the Bid Express Website at: https://www.bidexpress.com/ businesses/56536/home. Free registration with Bid Express will allow a BIDDER to review and print all project plans. A digital ID will be required for the BIDDER to submit an electronic bid. The digital ID can be set up through Bid Express. Said work and each proposal submitted shall comply strictly to the Request for Proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any defect in a bid which does not materially alter the contract documents.
