REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The Board of Education of New Lebanon Local School District, New Lebanon, Montgomery, Ohio is requesting proposals for REPLACING EXTERIOR SIDING AND GUTTERS at New Lebanon Schools Transportation Building. The facility is located at 1151 W. Main St., New Lebanon, OH. Should you decide to bid we would request that you contact Mr. Lance Hoop, Maintenance Director (lhoop@newlebanonschools.org) to meet and review the site and discuss any questions or concerns that you may have regarding the job. Proposals will be accepted by mail or hand delivery, at the office of the Treasurer, through October 21, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. and the bids will be opened on October 21, 2022, at New Lebanon Local Schools Board Office located at 320 S. Fuls Rd, New Lebanon OH 45345 at 2.01 p.m. and read and recorded by the Treasurer. Though the price is a commanding portion of the award decision, experience, references, and reputation will count proportionately towards the decision. 9-19, 10-3/2022
