REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - WEBSITE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT LEGAL NOTICE RFP NO. 2019-05 Notice is hereby given that the Butler County Regional Transit Authority (BCRTA) is requesting proposals for Website Design and Development. Copies of the Request for Proposal are available online at www.butlercountyrta.com under the doing business tab. All Bids must set forth full, accurate, and complete information as required by the RFP, and must be received by BCRTA on or before 4:00 PM, Hamilton, OH (Eastern) time, on May 29, 2018. BCRTA hereby notifies all proposers that, in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to this RFP, advertisement or solicitation, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response and will not be subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex or national origin in consideration for an award. 5-3/2019
