Request for Proposals for Engineering Services for Elevated Water Tank Improvements and Recoating The City of Springfield, Ohio, will receive electronic proposals for Engineering Services for Elevated Water Tank Improvements and Recoating until 4:00 pm Local Time, on February 17, 2023. There will be a MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting on January 27, 2023 beginning at 10:00 AM located at the Springfield Water Treatment Plant, 201 Eagle City Rd, Springfield, OH 45502. The electronic proposals can only be submitted through Bid Express. The RFP is only available through Bid Express using the Bid Express Website at: https://www.bidexpress.com/ businesses/56536/home. Free registration with Bid Express will allow a BIDDER to review and print all project plans. A digital ID will be required for the BIDDER to submit an electronic bid. The digital ID can be set up through Bid Express. Please note that it may take up to seven (7) days to obtain the digital ID. Said work and each proposal submitted shall comply strictly to the Request for Proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any defect in a bid which does not materially alter the contract documents.
