Request for Proposals for Installation of a Structured Cabling System for the National Advanced Air Mobility Center of Excellence The City of Springfield, Ohio, will receive electronic proposals for Installation of Structured Cabling System for the National Advanced Air Mobility Center of Excellence until 4:00 pm Local Time, on April 7, 2023. A digital ID will be required to submit an electronic bid. The digital ID can be set up through Bid Express. Please note that it can take up to seven (7) days to receive the digital ID.
