Request for Proposals for Payment Card Merchant Services The City of Springfield, Ohio will receive electronic proposals for Payment Card Merchant Services until 4:00 p.m. local time, on October 6, 2023. The RFP is available through Bid Express at: https://www.bidexpress.com/ businesses/56536/home (RFP #23-48). Free registration with Bid Express will allow firms to review and print all projects. A digital ID will be required to submit an electronic proposal. The digital ID can be set up through Bid Express. Please note that it can take up to seven (7) business days to receive the digital ID.
