Request for Qualifications Professional Engineering Consultants For DEERFIELD TOWNSHIP Submittal Due Date: February 13, 2023 Notice is hereby given that Deerfield Township is seeking Statements of Qualification for firms interested in providing professional services for a range of Township projects. Deerfield Township manages construction services for a wide range of Township properties, facilities and public infrastructure. The Township is seeking to improve the delivery of the design of these projects by establishing a pre-qualified list of professional consultants. This list will allow the Township to streamline the qualification and award processes for projects where the architect/engineer fees are less than $50,000. The PPEC will expedite Township projects including but not limited to: paving, roadway, and street construction and re-construction; sidewalks, pathways, trails, and streetscapes; street lighting, underground electric, electrical systems; sewers, storm drains, pipes, culverts, retaining walls; and public facility improvements and design. Obtaining the RFQ: A copy of the RFQ with additional information about the project and the selection process may be obtained from the Deerfield Township Public Works Department located at 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 150, Deerfield Township, Ohio 45040.
